Abandon ship, or go down in a blaze of glory.

Commander Predaxes, former Lenzaab Marine, has been recommissioned to Prison Station 12, known colloquially as Purgatory. On the outskirts of the Centridium, PS12 relies solely on a wormhole for contact with the government — not to mention supplies.

His newest inmate, Samea Malik, is more than a bit of trouble. Son of the Minister of Justice, Malik is the target of both assassination and recovery.

When the station is attacked and chaos rains down upon them all, those onboard must abandon their posts for the closest habitable planet, Faebos. With what little planning they could do, Predaxes and crew discover an old, defunct mining colony and quickly discover why the project was deserted.

Faebos is home to violent and nasty alien creatures, but also great beauty.

Survival will mean cooperation between PS12’s captives and captors. But will it be enough?

Faced with hardship no one expected, needing to tap into old skills and new, Predaxes and Malik find themselves in their own form of Purgatory.

The Visitors have arrived…

To everyone’s surprise, the wormhole has reopened—albeit temporarily. What comes through, no one could have predicted.

A people with a mysterious past, with names no one truly understands, have decided to make Faebos their home.

Predaxes and Malik, working together, must keep peace while determining whether or not these new arrivals are the friends they claim to be, or the worst foes they’d ever encountered. With a man claiming to be the Prime Minister of Lenzaab among them, will this be salvation for the former residents of Purgatory, or yet another battle waiting to happen?

With the help of friends old and new, the fate of Faebos and the native Olyrii hangs precariously in the balance.

It all comes down to this…

The threat of the Visitors might be over, but something new and scary has shown its face on Faebos. A new queen has risen with a desire to reclaim the planet for her people, no matter the cost.

Once again, it’s up to Predaxes and Malik to end this new threat while also keeping at bay the hand of former enemies.

Will a return to Centridium Space be possible, or is it all just a dream to distract them from the nightmare of their reality?
